Mascot Experience vs Nottingham Forest 2

An unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for any young Red Devils fan aged 7–13. Walk out as an official Manchester United mascot at the legendary Old Trafford, feel the roar of thousands of fans, and create a memory they will cherish forever, as United take on Nottingham Forest on 17th May.

This experience includes x4 tickets (i.e for 1 child and x3 guests).

Mascot criteria

• On the day of the match the mascot must be between the ages of 7 - 13yrs.

• The mascot must have the capability to travel the full length of the football pitch which is 105m x 68m.

• Parents and/or carers must be realistic to whether or not their child will be able to tolerate a high level of noise.

Mascot co-ordinator & required information

• MWS will issue the winner the Man Utd home mascot form for completion

• The Manchester United Mascot Team will make contact with the mascot’s parent / carer.

• Once the mascot is selected, we will need the mascot information/contact details.

• The information that is required as follows and is required 4 weeks prior to the game:

• Name, Age, Kit size, Name of their favourite player(s)

• Photo (mascots get a mention in the programme and this is accompanied with a photo)

• Contact details, including parents / carer’s name, address and contact number (preferably a mobile so that they can be contacted on the Matchday if needed)

Mascot tickets

• The mascot and their family will receive allocated match tickets (including the seat for the mascot). The e-tickets will be issued via email ahead of the fixture.

• If additional children are attending they must be supervised by an appropriate adult at all times and will be required to take to their seats once the Mascot, who must also be accompanied by an appropriate adult, has entered the tunnel.

• Car park pass can be arranged if required.

Mascot kit and footwear

• A replica strip which consists of a shirt, a pair of shorts and a pair of socks will be issued to the mascot. The replica strip can be kept as a souvenir. The mascot is required to provide their own footwear – ie. trainers/football boots.

• There is the opportunity to change into more appropriate clothing to watch the match. It is advised that appropriate clothing is worn for the weather on the day.
