Legendary Premier League Strikers on MatchWornShirt

It is fair to say that the debate over the best Premier League striker of all time is an endless one that would never reach a conclusion. Nonetheless, there are two names that absolutely cannot be left off the list: Sergio Agüero and Wayne Rooney. The Argentine striker has scored a total of 181 goals in 271 games for Manchester City. That number is only going to keep rising. The recently retired Three Lions legend Wayne Rooney has scored a total of 208 goals in 491 Premier League games for both Everton and Manchester United. After a stint in the United States, Rooney returned to English soccer at the start of 2020 with Derby County, where he is now the interim manager.
On February 29, 2020, the team from Derbyshire faced Sheffield Wednesday. After the game, Sheffield Wednesday Community Programme received the worn and signed shirt from England’s all-time leading scorer. This also happened after a game between Sheffield Wednesday and Manchester City, when Sergio Agüero gave his shirt to the club’s Community Programme after scoring the winning goal in the FA Cup match back in March 2020.
The amazing thing is that these shirts are now available to fans! The shirts of these two Premier League legends are currently available on our platform, along with shirts from the entire Sheffield Wednesday team. The match-worn and signed SWFC shirts are from the game against Norwich City on March 14, 2021.
The shirts are real eye-catchers, with the classic white and blue stripes, and would look great on any wall! Nonetheless, Agüero and Rooney’s shirts do steal the show. Manchester City played in their beautiful 2019–20 away kit, while Derby County played in their well-known black kits.
