Ousmane Dembélé’s PSG Champions League Final jersey sets record in MWS auction

Another historic night in an extraordinary season.
Ousmane Dembélé's match-worn Paris Saint-Germain Champions League Final jersey has set a new MWS auction record for a soccer jersey – €160,015.
Worn by the goalscorer himself as PSG claimed a second consecutive European title against Arsenal, the jersey captured the imagination of fans across the globe.
PSG arrived in Budapest with history in their sights and they left with it in their hands. Back-to-back Champions League titles place them among a storied list of clubs to have won club soccer’s biggest prize twice in a row.

And Dembélé wasn't the only one to make fans want to own a piece of the magic.
In total, four shirts from PSG's champions – Dembélé, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Désiré Doué, and Marquinhos – eclipsed the previous record held by FC Barcelona's Lamine Yamal.
Four champions. Four record-breakers.
Ousmane Dembélé – €160,015.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia – €152,029.
Désiré Doué – €131,359
Marquinhos – €130,485
Records also fell at the auction level. The full collection of worn, player-issued, and signed shirts totaled €744,439, a testament to the extraordinary collector appetite for match-worn memorabilia from a team at the peak of its powers.
Shirts from the showpiece final in Budapest were available for bidding from kickoff on the night, and will be signed by the squad on its return from the summer break in August before being delivered to their new homes.
