Terms and Conditions — Cash Back Offer
1. Cash back amount
This promotional code entitles the recipient to a maximum cash back of €40 on one eligible purchase made via auction bidding. The cash back amount can never exceed the winning bid amount. If the recipient’s account uses another currency, MWS will pay the equivalent amount in that currency using its applicable exchange rate at the time the cashback is processed.
2. Offer period
The offer applies only to auctions that start between September 9, 2026, and October 9, 2026, CET, inclusive (the “Offer Period”). Eligibility is determined by the auction’s start date, regardless of when the auction ends. Auctions starting before or after the Offer Period are not eligible.
3. Eligible purchase
To qualify, the recipient must win an eligible auction and complete the purchase, including payment of the full amount due. This cashback offer applies only to items purchased through bidding in an auction. It does not apply to items purchased via a fixed-price option (e.g., "Buy It Now") or any other non-auction purchase mechanism.
4. One redemption per recipient
The promotional code may be redeemed only once and may be applied to a single eligible purchase. If the recipient completes more than one eligible purchase, cashback will be paid on only one purchase.
5. How to claim
After completing an eligible purchase, the recipient must email Customer Support at support@mws.com and provide the promotional code and the relevant order number. Cashback is not applied automatically.
6. Currency conversion
Cashback paid in a currency other than euros will be converted using MWS’s applicable exchange rate at the time the claim is processed. The amount received may therefore vary because of exchange rate movements.
7. Cashback processing
Customer Support will aim to respond to cashback requests within 24 hours of receipt and to process approved cashback payments within five business days. These timeframes are targets only and are not guaranteed.
8. Personal use and other promotions
The promotional code is personal, non-transferable, has no cash value by itself, and may not be sold or exchanged. It cannot be combined with another offer, promotional code, or cashback code for the same purchase.
9. Verification and misuse
MWS may verify a recipient’s eligibility and reject a claim if the promotional code has been transferred, duplicated, used fraudulently, or otherwise used contrary to these terms.
10. Changes to the cashback offer
MWS may amend, suspend, or withdraw the cashback offer, including in the event of fraud, misuse, technical problems, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any such change will not affect a valid claim relating to an eligible purchase completed before the change takes effect.
11. Acceptance
By redeeming the promotional code, the recipient agrees to these terms and conditions.
12. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or foreign taxes arising from acceptance or use of the prize, except to the extent Sponsor has expressly agreed to pay applicable import duties or customs charges under Section 8.
13. Application of MWS’s standard terms
These offer terms are supplemental to MWS’s standard Terms and Conditions, which continue to apply. If there is any conflict between these offer terms and MWS’s standard Terms and Conditions, these offer terms will take precedence solely with respect to this cashback offer.
