Supporting Charity

Every bid you place has a lasting impact, since a portion of the proceeds raised by this auction goes to The One Goal Organization and El Cambio Academy.

This is one of the official balls from the game in which The Netherlands knocked South Africa out of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ by defeating them 2-0. The first goal was a header by Jill Roord; the second, a strike by Lineth Beerensteyn. Despite losing the game, Banyana Banyana put in a stubborn and skilful performance, managing a total of 7 shots on target in comparison to The Orange’s Lionesses’ 6. Inscribed on the match-ball is the name OCEANUZ - a reference to the continent of Oceania where the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ is set. The radiant whiteness of the ball’s surface is marked by black and blue patterns created by two separate indigenous artists from Australia and New Zealand.

The ball was donated by Coca-Cola, official Partner of the FIFA Women’s World Cup™, to raise funds with The One Goal Organization for El Cambio Academy.

PLEASE NOTE: For logistical reasons, the balls will only be shipped to each winner after 20 August which coincides with the ending of the tournament.
