The URBSFA is convinced that football can be a vehicle for positive change. Its mission, expressed through its pledge "Because We Care", is based on two fundamental principles: the promotion of social sustainability (People) and environmental sustainability (Environment).

Social engagement: an inclusive (Come Together) and safe (Safe Together) environment is created, both on and off the pitch. Football has the power to bring people together from all backgrounds (Play Together) and to promote values of respect, equality and solidarity. The federation works to ensure that the sport is accessible to all, regardless of age, gender, ability or socio-economic background.

Environmental commitment: the URBSFA takes a stand for the preservation of our planet, recognising the significant impact of football on the environment. Various initiatives (Green Together) are launched that focus on ecological sustainability, efficient resource management, and reducing our carbon footprint.

"Because We Care" is more than just a slogan. Every action counts and collectively we can make a difference (Think globally, act locally).

L’URBSFA est convaincu que le football peut être un vecteur de changement positif. Leur mission, exprimée à travers leur engagement "Because We Care", repose sur deux axes fondamentaux : la promotion de la durabilité sociale (People) et environmentale (Environment).
