The Núcleo de Articulação Territorial (Territorial Articulation Center - NAT) of the Centro Dragão do Mar, a cultural center in Ceará, Brazil, has been actively involved in social initiatives since March 2023. It focuses on assisting the homeless population through social outreach, providing support, and connecting them with social protection networks. The NAT also works on strengthening community bonds, collaborating with nearby neighborhoods, and developing social service protocols in culture. The funds raised are intended to fulfill community wishes, such as exhibitions on local histories, cultural events featuring community talents, support for existing cultural and educational activities, special programming for Children's Day, and reinforcing ongoing initiatives like the Policy of Free Admission for Communities, Sociocultural Actions of José Avelino, harm reduction efforts, Cinema na Praça (Cinema in the Square), among others.
