Racing For Change At the heart of Israel – Premier Tech´s ethos is a vision and commitment towards changing the world for the better, a vision realized through the team's Racing For Change initiative. In 2021, IPT adopted the first women's cycling team in Rwanda, the Bugesera Cycling Team, supplying equipment and providing ongoing professional training. In 2022, IPT launched a global fundraiser to build the Field of Dreams bike center in Bugesera to change the lives of thousands in Bugesera, and the wider Rwandan community. The center, featuring a pump track and racing track, was officially inaugurated in February 2023 and now, the team plans to build a bike academy on-site. All proceeds from the Giro d'Italia auction will go towards the team's Racing For Change project.
