PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

(“MWS26 NYC Giveaway”)

1. Organizer

This promotional giveaway (“Promotion”) is organized by MatchWornShirt B.V., registered in the Netherlands (“Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to natural persons aged 18 years or older

  • Participants may reside worldwide, except in countries subject to sanctions by the United States or the European Union, including but not limited to: Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine

  • Employees of Organizer and affiliated companies are excluded

3. Promotion Period

  • The Promotion runs from May 5 2026 to June 5 2026.

4. Participation

  • Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.

  • To participate, users must during the Promotion Period:

    • Create or log into an MWS account;

    • Download, install and open the MWS mobile application; and

    • Complete at least one poll or engagement action within the MWS platform.

      • Each completed poll or engagement action grants the participant one (1) additional entry into the Promotion. The more polls or engagement actions completed, the higher the number of entries and therefore the higher the chance of winning.

5. Winner Selection

  • One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries

  • The draw will take place on or around the 5th of June

  • The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours and must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize.

  • If the winner does not respond in time, a new winner may be selected.

6. Prize

The winner will receive a travel experience for two persons consisting of:

  • Return economy flights from a major international airport near the winner’s residence to New York City, USA

  • Hotel accommodation (double occupancy) for 2 nights between June 11 and June 14 (final dates to be determined)

  • Access for two persons to a MatchWornShirt event in New York City, USA, taking place between June 11 and June 14, 2026 (inclusive), including a shirt exhibition experience

  • Ground transportation (if applicable)

Total maximum prize value: €10,000

7. Prize Conditions

  • Travel must take place in connection with the event dates (June 11-14, 2026) and will be determined by the Organizer

  • Departure airport, airline, and accommodation are determined by the Organizer

  • Any difference between estimated and actual value will not be awarded

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

  • If the winner is unable to travel on the specified dates, the prize may be forfeited.

8. Travel Conditions

  • The winner and their companion must travel together

  • The companion must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent where legally permitted)

  • The winner is responsible for:

    • holding a valid passport

    • obtaining any required visas or travel authorizations (e.g. ESTA)

    • arranging travel insurance

    • all personal and incidental expenses

  • The Organizer is not responsible for:

    • cancellations, delays, or disruptions of flights or accommodation

    • changes to the event schedule or availability

  • No compensation will be provided in such cases.

9. Taxes

  • Any applicable Dutch gambling tax (kansspelbelasting) will be borne by the Organizer.

  • Any personal tax obligations in the winner’s country of residence remain the responsibility of the winner.

10. Publicity

  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Organizer may use their name, likeness, and participation for promotional purposes without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Data Protection

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR) and the Organizer’s privacy policy.

12. Liability

  • Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

  • The Organizer is not liable for any damages arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the prize, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

13. Disqualification

  • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who:

    • breach these Terms

    • provide false or incomplete information

    • attempt to manipulate or abuse the Promotion

14. Amendments

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

15. Applicable Law

  • These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

  • Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
